Casa Alterna practices radical hospitality and faithful resistance in Decatur, Georgia — welcoming vulnerable immigrants into safe housing, walking alongside people through ICE check-ins and court dates, and offering a humane alternative to detention. Since 2020 they’ve housed more than 600 people from over 50 countries, and they accompany hundreds more each week at the gates of ICE.
We built them a fast, headless site that makes it easy to give, volunteer, and follow the stories — bilingual at its core (“El amor cruza fronteras / love crosses borders”), and simple for their team to keep current as the work grows. Visit Casa Alterna to see it live.
