Our full service plan with email support
We partner with those wanting to maintain their own website, but don’t have the experience with all setup and code required to customize. We let you handle the content and then contact us anytime you have a question. This plan is for those who are comfortable logging in and working with the content, but maybe don’t know how to add menu items or change the theme. We will either teach you how to do these things, or just take care of them if that is what you prefer.
Any website is vulnerable to attack by malware. This means that what is called a “bot” has a mission to find a specific vulnerability in your website. This might be an out of date plugin, a theme that needs updating or some other way to gain access to the inner working of your website. Sometimes it can even turn your website into a tool for attacking your visitors computer or other websites. With all of our plans we will keep you safe from these attacks by keeping everything protected and then backed up daily just in case something happens.
Contact us anytime via email. We will set up an initial phone or Skype call to discuss initial plans for your site. After that you can contact us anytime by email, and we will do our best to get you an answer within 24 hours, usually much faster. If we don’t know the answer to your question, we will do the research, or contact specific support for themes or plugins for you. We give you the go-to for all your website questions rather than you having to try and figure out who to contact. If you feel you need more than email support, we have a plan for that too!
We will monitor in real time for website outages. If it is something we can fix, we will attempt to do so. If it is a problem with your hosting provider we will let you know to contact them.
We will monitor your site real-time for attacks, and if attacked promptly clean and/or restore the site. We will install plugins and create the best settings to further increase your security.
We will perform daily backups of the site files and daily backups of the database. Backups are stored offsite at a third party cloud storage service.
We can pull a report about your site speed and make behind the scenes adjustments to make your site perform better, or make suggestions for you to improve your site speed.
We will update all core files of Joomla or WordPress, plugins and themes. We will update plugins at least weekly and site updates immediately after release. If a plugin or theme is no longer supported, we will help you find a suitable replacement to keep your site secure.
Are you ready for a new look? We can help you install a new theme (or template) when you sign up for this plan. We will help you migrate so that your content will remain intact and look great in the new theme. After this, we will provide support of one theme upgrade each year that your are partnered with us.
Sites receive spam, and although we cannot stop it all and still allow people to add comments to your website, we will do our best to block spam comments and remove them from your site. Of course we recommend you approve all comments on your site, however we will take care of virtually all of the spam, leaving you with only genuine comments to approve.
Most sites have links, both internal and to external resources. We will monitor these links and if something changes we will either fix it for you, or contact you to see if you would like to update or remove it.
We can produce a monthly report about your daily site backups, site and plugin updates completed, site protection security statistics and performance.
If your site is ever infected with malware during your service time, we will restore it within 24 hours.
