For the organization that has a good understanding of editing their own website but needs help with daily tasks of keeping it secure and up-to-date, or has been hacked and wants protection.

Support for basic plan is for backup and security related issues, other plans cover any and all matters related to website, hosting, design and use as well as email support.
Full training is helping you via email and phone/Skype to walk you through complete setup and use of your website for you and your staff.
To be fair to all of our clients, we limit Skype and Phone support to an average of 2 hours/month.
Cloudflare is a Domain service that speeds up site performance while protecting against DoS (Denial of service) attacks.
These plans were set up for WordPress, so some services will not apply to Bigcommerce sites. Please contact us for more details about e-commerce sites.
Hosting is not included, however we can offer $15/month for a non-shared site.
